Order Confirmation:

After checkout, you'll get a confirmation email, and your payment method will be pre-authorized. We check with suppliers to confirm stock. If your item is unavailable, we cancel the pre-authorization and notify you. If it's ready to ship within five business days, we finalize the payment and process your order. 

Order Shipment:

After payment, your order ships within 3-5 business days. You'll get tracking details within 24 hours of it leaving the warehouse. Once your order is shippied it takes 3-7 business days to arrive. If you don’t receive tracking info within six business days, contact us at Sales@urcomfyhaven.com.

Shipment Arrival:

Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If the packaging shows signs of damage, note it when signing for the shipment. Should your item(s) arrive damaged, promptly take clear photos and email them to returns@urcomfyhave.com. For full return details, visit our Return Policy.

Cancellations:

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
