Refund policy

Cancellations:

Cancelled orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.  Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.

Return Requirements:

For quality or other issues, a refund can be requested within 7 days after receipt of order.  To notify us of a return or damaged item(s), please call customer care at 720-319-7626 or email us at Returns@urcomfyhaven.com. 

In order to receive the full amount of the refund described in this Return Policy, all item(s) must be: 

(1) in new/unused condition
(2) returned with all accessories and parts
(3) securely packed in all original packaging

We do not accept returns on Final-Sale and Clearance Items, except for items delivered damaged or defective and reported to us within 72 hours after delivery.

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the returned item(s). Taxes are refunded in accordance with applicable state law. Refunds are made based on the payment method used as time of purchase. Please allow 7-10 days following receipt of the returned item(s) for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
